Has 90 Day Fiancé star Yve Arellano been proven to be innocent after domestic violence accusations, will her ex-husband Mohamed Abdelhamed be deported from America?
90 Day Fiancé stars Yve Arellano and Mohamed Abdelhamed are officially divorced, following domestic violence accusations, back then, the Egyptian man has applied for a U visa, made purposely for domestic abuse victims, in order for him to stay in the United States after Yve Arellano decided to cancel his green card application.
Well, 90 Day Fiancé star Mohamed Abdelhamed has leaked audio on social media to prove his side of the story, and the former couple appeared arguing with each other, over home tasks.
The Egyptian man has also called the police on his estranged wife on multiple occasions to get a report about the alleged domestic violence incident that he can use after bringing his case to the courthouse.
But recently, it appeared that all the domestic violence charges got dropped by prosecutors and Yve Arellano has been proven to be innocent.
Many 90 Day Fiancé fans are now wondering if 90 Day Fiancé star Mohamed Abdelhamed will get deported from the United States to his home native country Egypt, or if will he be able to stay in all cases.
A Reddit user has shared a post after Yve’s assault charges get dismissed and has captioned the post with:” Will he get deported now?” many 90 Day Fiancé fans jumped right away to react to the good news, one fan wrote:” Doesn’t dismiss without prejudice mean he can take further action against her in court? Dismissed WITH prejudice means he’s barred from any further legal action against her.” Another one added:” I am sure that slimeball filed for his U-Visa, which will permit him to stay in the US based on his status as a “domestic violence victim”. The U-Visa program is great because it protects people from other countries from being abused and exploited by creeps. Unfortunately, it also lets some creeps exploit the intent of the program.”
Yes, it is true that 90 Day Fiancé star Mohamed Abdelhamed could take the case again to court because the charges aren’t actually dismissed by prejudice, but we think that the Egyptian man won’t take further legal actions as long as he stays in America, since the start all he wanted was to get a green card and work in the United States, and that was his plan, and marrying Yve Arellano was only a bridge to achieve his goals.
Another fan said:” She wanted someone way younger to make herself feel better. Doesn’t matter if you are a man or woman when you date way younger it’s just a recipe for disaster”.
Yes, in our opinion, there are fewer chances of the marriage being successful when someone starts dating young men from abroad and bring them to America, without a shred of doubt, the big age gap plays a key role in whether the relationship would last or not, but we think in Yve’s case, she was blinded by love especially after seeing all the red flags from her partner prior to her marriage.
